Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in event management and/or as a personal assistant
- Experience planning events specifically for C-suite executives or VIPs
- Demonstrated professional maturity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in fast-paced environments with tight timelines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Calm under pressure, nimble in your decision-making, and unflappable when things shift on site
