We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive data-informed product decisions.

Requirements

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to define success metrics and translate product questions into complex analytical frameworks.
Develop and maintain models, dashboards and reports to establish and monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
Drive innovation and testing to support strong strategic product decision making.
Establish best practices for experimentation, including power analysis and metric selection.
Present findings and insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Leads technical decisions for multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Guides and approves feature engineering and model architecture choices.
Conducts and leads model reviews and validation processes for quality assurance.
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to data science teams and junior scientists in best practices and technical development.
