Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team and creating a fun and inviting work environment. The Restaurant Manager will manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring the achievement of all restaurant objectives while following Company guidelines and complying with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.

Requirements

• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must have and maintain ServSafe certification
