Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager by providing coaching to the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring the achievement of all restaurant objectives and compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.

Requirements

• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations
• Supervisory practices
• Interviewing practices
• Crew orientation and training program
• Valid driver's license
• ServSafe certification
