Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in operating and maintaining the restaurant to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff, and achieving all restaurant objectives while following company guidelines and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices.

• Monitor and control food costs to eliminate waste and theft
