Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager by providing coaching to the team and creating a fun, inviting work environment. They will manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring achievement of all restaurant objectives while following Company guidelines and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

• Manage labor costs and evaluate labor needs against projected sales
• Monitor food costs to eliminate waste and theft
• Train crew in customer courtesy and customer satisfaction
• Follow restaurant cleaning plan and maintain restaurant cleanliness
• Complete physical inventory of product and maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
