Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Junior Sous Chef to support dinner service and contribute to the training and development of our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fine dining culinary experience in an upscale, fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for culinary excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fine dining culinary experience in an upscale, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a MICHELIN-rated, James Beard-recognized or Forbes-rated establishment
- Proven experience training and mentoring kitchen staff
- ServSafe certified
- Proficiency in menu development, cost control, and inventory management
