Job Description
The Restaurant at JUSTIN is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support dinner service and contribute to the training and development of our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fine dining culinary experience and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of fine dining culinary experience
- Previous experience in a MICHELIN-rated, James Beard-recognized or Forbes-rated establishment
- ServSafe certified (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Proficiency in menu development, cost control, and inventory management
- Culinary degree preferred
- Exposure to wine-focused culinary programs preferred
