The Restaurant at JUSTIN is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support dinner service and contribute to the training and development of our kitchen team. We are looking for a hands-on individual who can partner closely with the Chef de Cuisine to support day-to-day culinary operations, including service execution and special events. This position requires a strong on-the-floor presence, working directly alongside the team to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in every dish, in alignment with Michelin- and Forbes-level standards.
