Purchasing Specialist

Wonderful Orchards is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to execute the procurement process, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure high quality standards and timely deliveries. The role involves forecasting seasonal demands, evaluating inventory needs, and efficiently responding to supplier and customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Effectively communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Build and manage strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy
• Regularly review and manage open purchase orders and receipts
• Review and process non-inventory requisition orders
