Job Description
As a Retail Deputy Manager at The Works, you'll help keep the store running smoothly, working with the Store Manager to inspire customers and create unforgettable moments. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and drive retail sales and performance.
Requirements
- Stand-in for the Store Manager, taking responsibility for all metrics and the team
- Foster a store atmosphere that's enjoyable, welcoming, and inclusive
- Drive retail commerciality and achieve high performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and coach the team to provide an outstanding retail experience
- Utilize product knowledge and charm to introduce additional offerings
