Senior Investment Officer, Corporate Finance Services (CFS)

Role Overview

The Senior Investment Officer will support the CFS regional teams with global capacity, facilitating business development and executing transactions in the Africa Region. The role will involve strategy, origination and execution of buy-side and sell-side advisory, pre-IPO advisory, relationship management, client management, processing, mentorship, and corporate initiative.

What You Will Do

The Senior Investment Officer will help design and implement CFS's strategy, drive origination and execution of buy-side and sell-side advisory, lead origination and execution of strategic pre-IPO advisory mandates, maintain strong relationships with internal regional and industry counterparts, work closely with multi-regional clients, and provide overview on drafting key transaction reports and project documentation.
