Job Description
The Before and After School Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the before and after school enrichment program, ensuring the safety and engagement of children, and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the before and after school enrichment program
- Meet the needs of children, families, and the community within the scope and goals of the Y's Family Services philosophy
- Ensure adequate coverage for the site at all times
- Lead meetings with associates as necessary
- Attend team meetings and monthly curriculum meetings
- Train and supervise site staff on OCC regulations, Y policies and procedures
- Contribute feedback and participate in associate performance reviews
- Maintain up-to-date records on all enrolled children
- Satisfy required training expectations
- Participate in opportunities for professional growth
