Requirements

• Provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the before and after school enrichment program
• Meet the needs of children, families, and the community within the scope and goals of the Y's Family Services philosophy and the guidelines of the OCC
• Ensure adequate coverage for the site at all times
• Lead meetings with associates as necessary
• Train and supervise site staff on OCC regulations, Y policies and procedures, and other standards as set forth by the Y in Central Maryland
