Requirements
- Ensure that your restaurant portfolio generates increased revenue through TheFork on a monthly basis by selling our solutions.
- Be the primary contact and build long-term relationships with your customers.
- Provide support, primarily via email and phone, and help restaurants with positioning strategies, revenue management, and digital marketing.
- Develop action plans in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with our Marketing Restaurant Offer team to develop campaigns (including festivals, special offers, YUMS, and SUPER YUMS) for your portfolio.
- Negotiate win-win solutions that help restaurants optimize their margins and increase occupancy.
- Ensure that restaurants comply with our terms and quality requirements and deliver a first-class user experience.
- Ensure support and training in the use of our tools.
- Identify user needs and collaborate with other teams to continuously improve our products and services.
