The role involves managing administrative tasks, monitoring and flagging relevant public and private tender opportunities, and preparing complete documentation packages for submissions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, tender preparation, or administrative project support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Professional proficiency in Arabic is a must
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Familiarity with tender platforms and public procurement procedures preferred
- Comfortable handling administrative documentation and compliance paperwork
- Proficiency with MS Office / Outlook / Jira
