
Job description
This position will be responsible for providing reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire customer experience. This includes order taking, record management, processing invoices, order administration as well as supporting customer service specialist tasks.
Respond to customer requests and queries, build strong relationships with Brown-Forman’s customers, communicate with logistics providers and import & logistics team concerning customer requests, inventory availability and logistics issues.
Must have experience in customer service, ability to learn new computer software, such as SAP, good communication skills, collaborative team player, excellent time management skills, adaptable and flexible, IT literate - MS Office applications & Google applications, data analysis, proactive, problem solving, basic English skill (both writing and reading), multi-tasks handling ability.
