Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service, coordinating order fulfillment, and working closely with internal departments.
Comprehensive order management, ongoing contact with customers, coordination of delivery processes, production planning, collaboration with the Purchasing Department, monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, and preparing reports and analyses.
Experience in customer service or customer support, good command of English, very good knowledge of MS Office, and ability to work in ERP systems.
