Job Description
Theodo is looking for a Programme Director to join their team in Paris. As a Programme Director, you will manage a team of Lead Product Managers and Product Managers, grow their careers, and ensure the success of their delivery. You will work closely with the Group PM team and contribute to staffing, quality delivery, and practice structuring.
Requirements
- Graduate of a top engineering school
- Over 8 years of professional experience
- At least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product) in startups, ESN or consulting firms
- Ability to carry out complex project delivery
- Good relationship and client skills
- Solid skills in feedback and management
- AI-oriented
