Theodo is seeking a Program Director to manage a team of Lead Product Managers and Product Managers across different projects, ensuring the success of delivery and growing the PM/LPM team. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in product management, and is AI-oriented with strong feedback and management skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of a major engineering school
• More than 8 years of professional experience
• At least 6 years in product management (Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product) in a startup, ESN or consulting firm
• Ability to lead project delivery: quality, deadlines, value creation
• Relational ease and client: creating a trust relationship, exchanging with top management interlocutors, managing sensitive situations calmly and clearly
• Strong feedback and management skills: active listening, ability to challenge and deliver demanding feedback in a logic of collective progression
• AI-oriented
• Will to learn, challenge your team, ask for help and accept being challenged
