Theodo is a group that has been accompanying innovative companies since 2009 in the design, development, and deployment of ingenious digital products. We are currently looking for Key Account Managers for 8 of our entities, including Theodo HealthTech.
Requirements
- Find new clients, develop them, and ensure alignment between commercial promises and delivered value.
- Build and maintain a solid and forecasted pipeline.
- Lead complex sales cycles and interact with decision-makers (C-level, digital directions, CTO, functions).
- Identify, qualify, and develop commercial opportunities in priority in the health sector.
- Negotiate and sign projects in good conditions for Theodo (device, TJMs, start date...).
- Trigger lobbying actions to close faster.
- Be the preferred interlocutor of your clients and represent all the entities of the group to them.
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with key decision-makers (C-level, digital directions, CTO, functions).
- Generate, trigger, plan, and deliver valuable content for your clients through pitches.
- Identify new needs of your clients to propose adapted solutions.
- Follow-up of projects with the Client Service Team.
- Ensure the complete satisfaction of your clients and the implementation of action plans when necessary.
- Ensure the continuity of client relations with the project team (launch meetings, steering committees, ceremonies, governance) and follow up on the project's progress.
- Ensure the maintenance of teams in ideal conditions for project success.
- Work in tandem with a Solution Architect who accompanies you on deals.
- Write clear, inspiring, and impactful proposals.
- Demonstrate the ROI of our offers and show the value through use cases and expertise.
- Pilot responses to strategic AO (coordination, structure, pricing).
- Ensure the good management of contracts, invoices, and administrative documents related to sales.
- Ensure the payment of invoices within the agreed deadlines in our sales conditions.
