Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a Medical Director to oversee skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), provide primary care, and participate in quality initiatives. This part-time, in-person position offers work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and supportive NP/PA support. The role involves participating in quality improvement, supervising staff, and providing patient care.
Requirements
- Attend monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings.
- Review and revise facility’s clinical guidelines as necessary.
- Supervise facility clinical staff.
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
- Utilize EHR systems and state medical systems.
- Participate in medical quality initiatives.
