Senior Database Site Reliability Engineer

TherapyNotes is seeking a Senior Database Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability and operability of our PostgreSQL services. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain high-availability, high-throughput database systems and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient database services.

Requirements

• Design and implement high-availability, high-throughput database systems
• Define and improve database service reliability
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Partner with technical leaders to ensure supportability and maintainability
• Provide escalated technical guidance and support
• Own and continuously improve database observability
• Automate system maintenance tasks and manage infrastructure as code
