Job Description
TheraTree is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead and develop a team of therapists, nurture a thriving work environment, ensure quality and compliance, and promote program development. The role focuses on clinical oversight, team growth, and strategic planning within a pediatric therapy setting in Western Kentucky.
Requirements
- Highly skilled and respected licensed clinical therapist (OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Experience with a variety of therapies (OT, PT, SLP, BCBA, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Experience with team leadership and accountability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build systems and solve problems
