CRM Executive - Myprotein

THG, a global ecommerce group, is seeking a CRM Executive to execute its CRM strategy and drive customer engagement and retention through email, SMS, and app communications. The role involves managing day-to-day CRM campaigns, developing and implementing a testing strategy, and collaborating with the CRM and marketing team. The ideal candidate has proven experience in CRM or a related marketing role, strong understanding of CRM principles, and excellent project management skills.
