We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to design and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CRM experience, preferably in retail eCommerce
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
- Ability to design innovative CRM campaigns that engage diverse audiences
- High level of attention to detail when managing data and executing campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing and optimisation of CRM initiatives
- Collaborative mindset, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results
