Think Academy US is seeking a dedicated Remote Student Advisor to provide course consultations and exceptional customer support to prospective students. This part-time position involves proactive outreach, maintaining customer records, collaborating with the team, and staying up-to-date on educational resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university
• Fluent in Chinese, CET-4 or above, with basic English reading and communication skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks on schedule
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other related office software
• Positive work attitude, patience, and strong customer-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving ability
