Job Description
The Human Resource Business Partner will collaborate with the Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Regional Management team to support regional operations and implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies. The HRBP will provide regional people managers with counseling, coaching, and solutions on human capital management issues and manage the regional HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources Mgmt./related field
- 5-7 years progressively responsible experience as a HRBP, HR Manager or Generalist
- Minimum 2 years managing a team
- Strong working knowledge of California and Federal HR regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications skills
- Effective working with staff members at all levels across the organization
