Job Description
This role serves as the HR leader for assigned areas and facilities, supporting approximately 40 employees across Westborough, MA and Carlsbad, CA. The HRBP is responsible for the full spectrum of HR administration — including hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and staffing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of exempt-level HR experience
- At least 2 years with demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational development, training, and employee relations
- Prior experience in a high-tech or production environment is a plus
