Global Head of Partnerships – FX & CFDs

ThinkMarkets is a global financial technology company seeking a Global Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our partnerships function. The role is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding our global partner network, and building high-quality commercial relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in FX/CFD partnerships, IB, or affiliate management
• Strong understanding of IB models, rebates, spreads, and trading economics
• Proven track record of growing partner revenue or trading volume
• Commercial mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise a partner portfolio
• Comfortable working with performance data and metrics
