Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 5-10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven or financial services environment
- Solid working knowledge of UAE employment law and familiarity with HR practices across multiple geographies
- Proficient in HRIS and HR tech platforms, comfortable working with data and using systems to improve people processes and reporting
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of working in regulated, technology or financial services businesses
