We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our group sales efforts within the EMEA market, developing and executing regional sales strategies and managing a team of Group Sales professionals. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying market opportunities. You'll work alongside a global team of innovators to build AI-powered solutions that solve hoteliers' biggest challenges. Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional group sales strategy aligned with Cloudbeds' overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of group sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and associations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group sales segment.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
