As our Staff Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring for high-impact tech and non-tech roles, from software engineers to data scientists, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tech talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech company.
- Deep understanding of technical hiring (software engineering, product management, data, DevOps, etc.) and the ability to speak credibly with candidates about their work.
- Track record of building high quality pipelines and closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior tech leaders and executives.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics to guide decisions and improvements.
- Skilled in advanced sourcing methods across multiple platforms and communities.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality in hiring.
