Requirements
- Partner with leadership to lead a team in providing person-centered support services
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement individualized service plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and comply with regulations and policies
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Assist with scheduling and finding staff to fill in as needed
