Job Description
Join our team as a Residential Assistant Program Manager and collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day activities while providing exceptional person-centered care. Requirements
- Passion for providing person-centered support that values individual preferences, interests, and goals
- At least 2 years of full-time experience working in a Community Residential setting
- Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, home maintenance, and community outings
- Physical ability to lift and move individuals and objects as required by the site
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Possession of a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Successful completion of a DHS background clearance at no cost to you
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
- Possess current or willing to obtain First Aid training and CPR Certificate as required by the home/division
