Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of dietary standards, special diets, and food safety principles
- Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate food service staff
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Skill in managing multiple priorities and maintaining a safe, organized environment
- Ability to frequently stand and walk; ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
- State/County Food Handler Certification - if required
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check (State and Federal) and a drug screen
