Job Description
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for leading branch Service Department personnel through field service repairs, mentoring and leading field service technicians, and collaborating with customers and other branch personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training preferred
- Experience working as a Service Technician preferred
- Basic typing skills and experience using personal computers
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Microsoft SharePoint skills
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 skills
- Strong technical/equipment repair skills
