Job Description
The Business Development Director role requires a proven track record of success engaging with the U.S. Army, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM. The ideal candidate will bring an established pipeline and a strong professional network within these territories, enabling immediate and strategic contributions to our growth efforts in the defense sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of government sales experience
- Existing network and active pipeline of opportunities with the U.S. Army, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM
- Currently serving in a business development, program management, or related role directly supporting the U.S. Army, SOUTHCOM, and NORTHCOM, either within industry, government, or as a recent military officer with relevant acquisition or operational experience
