Entreprendre ici is a government-mandated organization that supports and accompanies entrepreneurs from diverse cultural backgrounds in all regions of Quebec. The Coordinator of Partnerships and Event Sponsorships will develop, maintain, and optimize relationships with partner organizations, contribute to research and funding for occasional activities, and play a key role in the visibility and representation of Entreprendre ici.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain solid relationships with Quebec and Canadian entrepreneurial ecosystem organizations
• Conduct a thorough follow-up of commitments, agreements, and repercussions related to partnerships
• Represent Entreprendre ici at meetings, committees, and ecosystem events
• Prepare reports, balances, and follow-up tools for the management and board of directors
• Negotiate agreements and ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual obligations
• Coordinate the implementation of contractual commitments related to events
• Prepare accountability and performance reports
