The Operations Director is responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing all manufacturing operations, supervising production activities, and leading a multidisciplinary team. The role involves setting up and tracking operational performance indicators, optimizing processes, and ensuring performance management. The Director must be present on the floor, maintain constant communication with teams, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a DEC or relevant education, 5 years of experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of the steel industry, SST, and team management. The candidate must be proficient in French and English, have excellent communication and priority management skills, and be able to navigate in changing contexts and rally teams.
