Autisme Québec is a part of the Quebec Autism Federation, a provincial grouping of organizations that share the interests of autistic people, their families and loved ones. The organization currently offers a range of services to meet the specific needs of its members and organizes numerous information and awareness activities. Autisme Québec also works to promote and defend the rights of autistic people and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the non-profit sector
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Experience working with a client base with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Experience in planning and budget management
• Mastery of the French language, both spoken and written
• Aptitude for fundraising
• Demonstrate inspiring and motivating leadership
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors, employees, and volunteers
• Empathy, integrity, and ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment
• Strong strategic vision and ability to resolve problems creatively and effectively
