HR Operations Associate

ThoughtFull is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support the expansion of our regional teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Meticulous and reliable individual who is eager to learn and contribute to supporting business growth and scalability
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills
• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese to support global stakeholders
• 2–5 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role, preferably in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Exposure to improving or supporting operational processes is a plus

Benefits

• Basic Salary Range: MYR4,000 - MYR6,400
