HR Operations Manager

ThoughtFull is seeking an HR Operations Manager to support the expansion of its regional teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a progressive HR role as a People Operations or HR Manager
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative to lead and drive improvements
