Member Service Advocate provides exceptional customer service, navigating the complexities of the healthcare system, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with Point32Health. The role involves working in a virtual/remote setting, handling inbound calls, and collaborating with team members and departments to address complex issues.
Handle inbound calls from members, provide education and guidance on health insurance benefits, take ownership of each call to ensure issues are resolved promptly and accurately, and follow up with members as needed.
A candidate should be proficient in working in multiple systems at once, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
