Job Description
The Executive Director-Assisted Living position is responsible for managing and overseeing the Assisted Living buildings in Northfield and Lonsdale, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in Assisted Living, knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a licensed Assisted Living Director or commit to obtaining a license within one year of employment
- Five years' experience in Assisted Living
- At least three years of management experience
- Knowledge of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment
