Director of Assisted Living

At MBK Senior Living, we're committed to putting people first – our residents and team members. We're looking for a Director of Assisted Living to serve as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide quality care to our assisted living residents. As a Director of Assisted Living, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a staff that is capable of providing superior care, while maintaining the physical and emotional health of residents, and in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, while demonstrating MBK's principles and core values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior related work experience functioning in a similar assisted living management role in the industry or similar work environment
• Prior management or supervisory experience
• Current First Aid Certification
• Background clearances
• Health screening and negative TB test results
