Assisted Living Director

The Assisted Living Director serves as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide quality care to assisted living residents. This role is responsible for hiring, training, and managing a staff that provides superior care, while maintaining the physical and emotional health of residents. The Director also oversees the daily operations of the assisted living department, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior related work experience functioning in a similar assisted living management role
• Prior management or supervisory experience
• Current First Aid Certification
• Solid pc skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software programs
