Job Description
We're looking for a Campaign Build Specialist to help us build and deploy personalised customer communications that make a real difference to our customers. As a Campaign Build Specialist, you'll work closely with your team to create and deliver targeted campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign briefs and bring them to life using Adobe Campaign Classic
- Work with customer data to create personalised and relevant communications across various channels, including email, SMS, app, and social media
- Build and execute campaigns using our toolset, including automation and personalisation capabilities
- Ensure campaigns are set up for success, with a focus on data quality, management, and compliance with regulations like GDPR
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
