Outside Worker 1

Threemile Canyon Farms is seeking an Outside Worker 1 to perform various duties related to cattle inventory, record-keeping, and care. The majority of work is outdoor with exposure to extreme weather conditions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, observing animals, and providing treatments for minor injuries and ailments.

Requirements

• Count cattle for inventory head count
• Maintain records of deceases, sold, and moved cows
• Process cattle for sale
• Keep and maintain accurate records of all daily activities
• Coordinate and communicate cattle movements
• Observe animals to detect signs of injury and illness
• Provide treatments for minor injuries and ailments
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Conduct self in a professional manner in the presence of customers and community
