Senior Back Office Specialist

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Broker Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines responsibilities across customer onboarding, back-office operations, and broker project management.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in back-office or broker operations within a financial services or brokerage environment
• Solid working knowledge of KYC/AML compliance, CDD/EDD frameworks, and funds processing
• Experience with AUSTRAC reporting or FX/CFD brokerage operations is highly regarded
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex, ambiguous situations
• A natural inclination to share knowledge, improve processes, and raise the bar for the team around you
• Japanese language proficiency is a bonus
